Thank you for attending an UNSUPERVISED GYM SESSION

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a code for the front door of The Movement Gym to the mobile used to purchase.

1. Please put this code into the pin on the door.

2. If the lights are turned off, when you enter head to your right and on the wall of the reception desk you will see “LIGHTS” switch this on.

3. Head through to the Open Gym area and please start your training.

4. All members will be required to sign in via the Momence app into “Open gym” you will find this in the appointments tab. 

5. Please feel free to use any pieces equipment all we ask is that you treat them with respect and return all weights and equipment to where you found it.

6. There is a vacuum on the wall of the Open Gym area. Please vacuum up any mess made in the gym.

7. Please refrain from heading behind the smoothie bar or reception desk.
