Adam is a certified Personal Trainer whose passion is helping people reach their highest potential, both physically and mentally. With a background in strength, conditioning and sports specific training, Adam’s favourite way to train is that of a hybrid athlete, combining endurance with strength, conditioning and power training.
Through Adam’s experience he has recognised that mindset is our most valuable asset and that we can improve our mental health by optimising our physical health through exercise, nutrition and mindfulness practice.
Adam specialises in working with kids and adolescents to help them develop health and fitness habits. He’s passionate about instilling these practices at an early age to make a lasting difference to the course of their lives!
He enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities and is here to help those either just getting started on their wellness journey, right through to athletes looking to maximise their performance!
