Terms & Conditions of The Movement Fitness

MEMBERSHIPS - All Memberships have a 12 week commitment. After that we only need two weeks notice to cancel!

BILLING: By purchasing a Membership you are agreeing to have your nominated monthly charge deducted from your account every week or which ever membership you choose. Your ongoing fee will be charged in advance.

REFUNDS: We do not grant refunds and memberships are non-transferable between individuals.

BILLING CYCLE: You have the freedom to choose the start date of your billing cycle. Your payment will then fall on the same day of the week.

CLASS BOOKINGS: Classes must be purchased and booked via the app prior to attending classes. There are no daily or weekly restrictions applied to your allocated classes so you are free to book them in advance.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW: Bookings cancelled within 6 hour of the class beginning will result in a $10 no show fee. Weekend Warrior (Saturday's class) and PUBLIC HOLIDAY classes have a 12 hour late cancellation fee. Cancellations can only be done via the app. Phone calls, text messages, voicemails and social media messages will not be accepted. If you are on a class pass no shows and late cancels will incur a $10 fee. Late cancellations made less than 6 hours before class will forfeit the session. No shows will forfeit the session.

WAITLISTS: If a class is full you can add yourself onto the waitlist. If space becomes available you will be notified via email and/ or text message up to 1 hour before the class begins. Please treat the waitlist like a normal class booking and remove yourself if you are unable to attend. You are subject to the late cancel terms should you be added into the class within 1 hours of it starting. It is your responsibility to ensure your account notifications are enabled for such alerts. 

TERMINATION: To terminate your membership, 14 days notice must be given via https://www.themovementfitness.com.au/cancellation

SUSPENSIONS: Memberships can be suspended for 7 days or longer and we require a minimum of 7 days notice. Indefinite suspensions will be honoured up until 10 weeks. Holds can be requested from https://www.themovementfitness.com.au/hold 

FAILED PAYMENTS: If a scheduled payment is declined for card issues for more than 3 days in a row, a $14.90 dishonesty fee will be applied everyday after to cover third party merchant fees.
