    For locals only, we have a 2 WEEK INTRO OFFER, this is for you to try us out before you commit to anything further.

    The, all our memberships have a 12 week commitment. This allows you to really understand what we do and to get the idea that progress does not come from one class or even one week. Spend 12 weeks with us and you’ll get the picture of how good this can be. Head over to our membership page, we have explained it all there

    If you don’t have 12 weeks you can get something a little less committal like a WEEK PASS or BASE ONE MONTH CASUAL or GYM ONLY ONE MONTH CASUAL . You can see these options at our VISIT US page

  • Firstly..SO good you are ready to try your first class! You can have a good read up on all of our classes here and the answer is going to depend on what you have done before and what your experience is.

    However, as a basic rule we would recommend starting with our lower intensity classes Move Lean or Move Well.

    But remember - our coaches will look after you in your first class. All our classes have three scaling options. We call them Sweat, Perform and Compete. These modifications include movement alternatives, lower rep options and lighter weights. It’s our way of making our classes really individualised in a group class environment!

    If you live locally you can book in for a free trial class by heading over to our class schedule, choosing the class you want to attend and typing FREEBIE into the promo code!

  • Booking into class is essential. We like to have the class set up and ready for you to make it the best experience you have ever had in the gym! We sometimes have waitlists so a booking system is the best way to go for everyone! Let’s BOOK

  • Coming through the door for the first time can be scary, but don’t worry we are here to help you slide in comfortably!

    When you arrive, come straight to the coach. They will show you where to sign in and put your things. Bring a towel and a water bottle - we will cover the rest!

  • ABSOLUTELY! We know working out with kids is hard..We have a dedicated area for our kiddos which is supervised for our 9:15am class Monday to Friday! The creche is included in our memberships and is $5 for non members. You can book in via your app once you are a member or buy a creche pass from our class schedule

  • Nope! We don’t belong to anyone! Cal Foster our Head Coach and Founder once competed professionally as a Crossfitter however there are some parts of Crossfit that we don’t do. We have designed our own programs that combine the best of all the methodologies! Read about them here!

  • Thats great! You can head straight over to our Recovery Page for all the information on how to drop in or grab a membership just for our Recovery Centre. You don’t have to be a member of the gym!

    We also have memberships that allow you to have the recovery centre included in it!
