I am so excited to bring you the next version of my Accountability Challenge - this baby has grown and continues to grow! Later this year I will be releasing a meal plan based program called “21 days to feel great!”
Now, before you commit to the next weeks I want you to have ALL the information. 8 weeks is a lot longer than most quick challenges - to start and really make this habits stick I believe we have to do them consistently for 8 weeks. From there, my hope is they become part of your life FOREVER! This is going to take commitment from you. Hard work too! You have to prioritise your health and wellbeing and look after you! What is The Accountability Challenge?
The Accountability Challenge - The next 8 weeks is an opportunity to create and sustain some habits that can change the whole relationship you have with food and with yourself! Through all the people I have met through The Movement in the nearly 8 years we have been open, there has been one very consistent fact -
FAD DIETS ARE NOT SUSTAINABLE.
There is NO weight loss hacks. Every time you adopt a new "shortcut" to try and cheat your way through, you are wasting valuable time that you could be using to focus on things that ACTUALLY work. Sure, there are amazing nutritional strategies and well supported supplements out there, but those should be adopted only after you have the basics nailed down.
Best supplement? Vegetables. Best energy booster? Sleep. Best "toning" exercise? Resistant and Functional Training Methods. No secrets.
So, over the next 8 weeks I am going to hold you ACCOUNTABLE to some great new habits that I want you to take beyond this challenge - we could call this a "let's set you up for life challenge." These habits could be new or they could be something you do every now and then. Lets make them consistent behaviours so you can live your BEST life. They are:
Today, it feels like there are a million different apps, tools, workouts, and eating plans designed to help you lose weight. Some promise success via drastic, unliveable restrictions, others are so complex they turn losing weight into a second job.
I want to show you that you don't have to be a slave to your weight-loss program.
Believe it or not, weight loss can be simple.
It can even be . . . fun.
The habits we are looking to create and sustain are simple. Achievable. Realistic. Individually they may not seem like much, together though - can really create some magic for you!
SIMPLE THINGS DONE WELL!
We do not need to look for perfection throughout the challenge. Consistency is the key and even if we sit at 80% consistency throughout the 8 weeks..thats success!
